To address this issue, Eurobelt introduces the C12 Nub Top Series, a non-stick, open-surface modular belt that combines technical performance with advanced hygiene.<\/p>\n\n

Its 12 mm (0.47 in) pitch design includes micro-protrusions (\u201cnubs\u201d) that minimize the contact surface with the product, preventing adhesion and enabling natural release during conveying. Manufactured in Polypropylene, Polyethylene, or Acetal, it complies with international food-contact regulations (FDA and EU 10\/2011) and maintains excellent mechanical strength even in humid or low-temperature environments. <\/p>\n\n

The C12 Nub Top<\/strong> is especially suitable for frozen fish processing lines, such as fish glazing equipment<\/strong>, where its non-stick surface prevents product adhesion and enables continuous cleaning. In addition, its modular design ensures smooth transfers, reduces product loss, and requires virtually no maintenance. <\/p>\n\n
