Our history starts in 1972, when we founded AFHER and we sharpened industrial tools in a world in which everything was made by hand. That is why in 1978 we started introducing in our market metallic conveyor belts which met many of the existing needs. But that was not enough, we needed something different, and it was then, in 1982, that we allied with Intralox, the American manufacturer of plastic modular conveyor belts, a technology which revolutionized the industrial production processes and which turned us into the number one of this sector, our own parts being manufactured in Spain. So, we learned, we innovated and, led by our instinct, we created Eurobelt in 1995.

Nowadays, Eurobelt has two plants for producing and supplying their conveyor belts to more than 75 countries throughout the world. Thanks to a group of engineers exclusively devoted to the development of new products, nowadays Eurobelt manufactures more than 1,300 different parts. With a production capacity between 190,000 and 200,000 pieces per day, with the most sophisticated moulding methods, totally automated, and always using top-quality and first-use materials, a total quality is obtained and assured in all their parts and productive processes.

With more than 15,000 square metres of warehouse, once the final parts are manufactured they are packed and stored intelligently in order to guarantee the excellence in the customer service and provide the best delivery time to the market: your belt in 5 working days and in 24 hours in case of emergency without any additional cost.

Once the customer’s order is received, the Eurobelt precise machinery is started up by initiating the assembly process. The injection parts received from the warehouse are intertwined with each other to shape your conveyor belt, always tailored to your needs. This process is carried out carefully in order to guarantee the correct operation of your conveying or production system.

Carrying out the final quality control and using the most modern packing techniques, so your product does not suffer any damage during the transport, the dispatch department sends your belt via the most appropriate and safe transports.
