1Tn Big-Bags Transport

Transport and packaging of Big-Bags of 1 Tn of milk powder with our E40 PP FT White. With this solution we have replaced motorized roller tables.

-Distance between conveyor center = 1.500 mm

-Band width = 1,200 mm -Transport speed = 7 m/min

-Product weight = 1.000 kg -Big-bag dimensions = Width 920 x Length 920mm

-The packaging of the Big Bag will be done on the belt.

-Abrasive environment due to milk powder.

-Washing with detergent and disinfection with hypochlorite.

Special rods are installed due to the abrasion caused by the accidental spillage of the milk powder.
