APPLICATION OF THE WHISTLEBLOWER LAW

In compliance with the European Directive 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019, Afher Eurobelt, S.A. launches a whistleblowing channel to collect infringements or alerts regarding personal privacy, security, public procurement, or any other situation that is considered irregular. This directive seeks to promote a more ethical environment within the company by providing options for reporting unlawful conduct and, at the same time, guaranteeing the protection of the whistleblower.

The system used is the completion of a form using the Sesame application, through the following link: https://app.sesametime.com/complaint/afhereurobelt.

The fields indicated in the form must be filled in with all the information contained in the complaint. It is important that once submitted, the complainant takes note of the ID number in order to be able to follow up from this same menu and obtain a response.
