Nowadays one of the biggest challenges is the stability of containers that, being very-light and having different geometrical shape designs, have to be conveyed at very high speeds due to the requirement of producing more and faster.

The so-called “dead areas” are those among the different machines or conveyors through which the product must run without any productivity loss. At EUROBELT we have developed this plastic modular belt, launched as Series C12, with which those “dead areas” get reduced up to 20 mm.

Likewise, you will be able to handle very small products with the carefulness required by every application. The small biscuits showed in the photo are transferred from one process to the next one without any noticeable change in their disposition.

In applications in which the product is transferred by free fall, the gap can be no bigger than 20 mm, so that the possible damage to the product, no matter how delicate it is, will be minimum.
Bidirectional, with a great charge capacity provided by its knot-shaped link structure, this belt is one of the most versatile of the market.
Its design with the rod in view and its considerable open surface implies a great easiness for cleaning.
