LINE FOR SHRIMPS BOILING

This line is for defrosting and boiling shrimps by immersing the belt in hot water at more than 90 ºC. At the last part of the line the shrimps are cooled by cold water sprinkling.

The Series E50 Flush Grid is the belt in use, and it is manufactured with connecting rods in stainless steel in order to restrict the expansion, and with holes in the flights for enabling the water to drain away more efficiently. The output is 3 Tons per hour.

In applications working at high temperatures like this one, we have to install conveyor belts manufactured in polypropylene due to their range temperature, from +1 ºC to +104 ºC. For higher temperatures, please ask our Sales Department for available special materials.
