Several young people with Down syndrome from Valladolid visited our facilities in Valladolid yesterday. The visit took place within the framework of Down Valladolid’s employment programme, which aims to promote the employability and inclusion of people with Down syndrome.
During the visit, our operations manager, Marta San Miguel, and our manufacturing manager Daniel Nuñez had the opportunity to show them the company, the different departments and the way it works. They were able to talk to different workers from different areas.
The whole Afher Eurobelt team hopes that this action will be a grain of sand that will help and favour their inclusion in the ordinary labour market.
