  • Verify the belt tension, the belt path in the return is correct and it allows the catenary to run correctly
  • Check that the belt return design is correct.
  • Be sure that the sprockets are properly positioned and aligned correctly with the belt.
  • Allows the belt to be engaged between 180º and 210º.
The belt does not advance correctly
  • Check that the shafts are correctly positioned and parallel to each other.
  • Check the conveyor structure.
  • Fit the return rollers and set them parallel to the shafts.
  • Ensure that the sprockets are correctly aligned and well positioned with the belt.
  • Clean the bottom of the belt for any dirt that may interfere with its running.
  • Verify that retaining rings are installed.

No, they have to be replaced. Eurobelt belts can only be used with Eurobelt sprockets.

What is the return and claim policy?

EUROBELT components are guaranteed for a period of three years from the delivery date Elements with respect to the repair or substitution of any component whose materials or manufacture is defective, provided it is demonstrated that the work has been done under normal conditions of use.

What is the standard factory delivery time?

Usually, our standard delivery time is 5 working days. However, some products may require more time due to their complexity in assembly or the materials required. However, accessories such as certain sprockets models, Quickbelt modules, profiles and clip guides are available from stock, which means that they can be delivered immediately.

Furthermore, we have a special urgency service to attend the unexpected events that may arise, being able to supply your belt (except for special requirements) even on the same day with no additional cost.

How do I know the current status of my order?

You can always call/ write to us to ask about it or even find out where it is in the shipment if it has already left the factory.

How long will it take to send me a quote?

On a regular basis, our reply is sent on the same day or the day after the request is received.
