Eurobelt will once again be present at Seafood, held in Barcelona, one of the leading trade shows for professionals in the sea product industry and sea product processing. At this edition, we will be in Hall 3, stand 3N501, where we will present some of our most interesting belts for a sector in which hygiene, drainage, durability, and proper product handling are fundamental aspects.

The seafood industry operates in especially demanding environments, with the presence of moisture, salts, organic residues, and low temperatures, as well as processes in which it is essential to prevent sticking, facilitate cleaning, and ensure careful product transport. In this context, Eurobelt modular belts offer specific solutions for each stage of the process, from reception and washing to glazing, freezing, or commercialisation.

Among the solutions that will take center stage, the Q50 Flat Top stands out, a particularly interesting belt for food applications where conveyor hygiene is a priority. It is a new-generation belt with pinless assembly and a hole-free structure, designed to facilitate cleaning and improve product transfer performance. In addition, it is made of polyacetal, operates between -30 °C and +80 °C, and holds NSF 14159-3 certification, a particularly relevant feature in food environments.

Alongside the Q50, Eurobelt will also bring several Movex solutions that are especially interesting for the seafood industry. Within the Blueline range, we will showcase the 7010 series, a very suitable option for applications related to water and processes where cleanliness and conveyor reliability are especially important. In addition, Zero Contact will also be presented, a solution designed for curved transport of different product formats, including delicate packaging, which stands out for its closed surface, easy integration into existing lines, and suitability for the food industry thanks to FDA approval. In its Zero Contact PRO version, Movex also presents it as a reinforced solution for demanding applications, with high wear resistance, good chemical resistance, lubrication-free operation, and special suitability for heavy loads and abrasive products.

In addition, at Seafood we will also focus on other solutions especially suited to this industry, such as the E30 Raised Rib series, a belt designed for cutting and glazing applications, where it is important to prevent sticking, promote drainage, operate at low temperatures, and ensure careful product transfer.

Our presence will be an opportunity to show how our belts respond to the sector’s very specific needs, combining hygiene, durability, and reliability at every stage of the process.

We invite you to arrange a meeting with our team during the trade fair so we can analyze your line’s needs together.
