What is?
Q50 series, trademarked Quickbelts, is our most innovative modular belt. The revolutionary assembly system with not connecting rods, marks a new era in conveyor belt design: Quickbelts are assembled with a single click without the need for additional fasteners, making modular belt assembly a fast, simple and efficient process.
It is manufactured in Polyketone, a new polymeric material that offers greater resistance to impact, wear and tear and is superior to acetal.
Q50 series is designed to ensure fast and efficient cleaning: it has an exclusive design with transversal channels and holes that allow the entry of pressurised water to remove remaining particles adhering to the belt surface.
